We want you to be thrilled with your Lolly and Laine product and we vigorously check the quality of every item we make.
Returns or refund is not allowed if the size is incorrect as we have size chart for every listing and we highly recommend measuring your pet's necks before placing an order.
Returns or refund is also not allowed if the print placements are not exactly the same as the sample as all prints are randomly placed depending on the cut of the fabric.
However, if you have received a damaged / wrong item, please contact us via email at [email protected] or DM us in Instagram @lollyandlaine or fill up this form so we can make it right.
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. The delivery cost associated with the return will be paid by yourself.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Please present your invoice in soft copy to be eligible for returns.
If a replacement is not available, you will be refunded in store credits.
